Whenever someone asks me what’s my favourite drink , my instant answer to the question is WATER. I just love drinking water. People spend all kinds of money on the newest fad in energy drinks. When really though, the best thing for your health is to drink plenty of water. Staying hydrated is one of the top ways to keep your energy up.You can get fancy and buy bottled water, but really, so long as you are drinking H2O, you are going to be finding yourself with more energy than those poor saps who suck down sugar laden canned beverages. Bottled water can be very convenient and if that is the best way to make sure you drink plenty of it, then don’t worry about the cost.
Energy drinks like Red Bull do not really give you the kind of energy that supports your overall health. Drinking sugary energy drinks may cause a temporary spike, but the ensuing energy crash that comes just a few hours later is definitely not healthy. Water carries lot of benefits like following –
- Makes skin healthy and shiny.
- Flush out toxins from body.
- Reduce risk of Heart attack.
- Helps in Energising.
- Reduces risk of diseases and infections.
- Regulates body temperature.
- Burn more fat and helps build muscles.
- Plays a cushion and lubricant to joints and muscles.
- Helps in better exercising.
