ChatSim – new tool for travelers.

We all are hooked to internet these days on our laptops & mobiles and I assume majority of us use whatsapp and other chat applications like we chat, bbm (I still use it J), FB messenger, etc .  While looking for an international sim for a vacation which I took couple of weeks back I came across a new but very handy tool – CHATSIM.  This international sim card specializes in chatting applications. It is the first of its kind in the world which lets you be connected via your chat apps while travelling.

For a fixed amount for a year we can send unlimited text messages and emoji with WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, WeChat, LINE, Telegram, BBM, QQi, Hike & Kakao. Isn’t this a fantastic deal? Thanks to ChatSim you can keep in touch with family, friends and colleagues. When I read this I felt this could be really useful and contacted them for a review of this sim card since I had plans to travel international already.

Balancing Cricket in Life.

I love cricket – simple. In every possible form and manner I just love it. I can play, watch, read, hear, converse, think, browse, update, live stream and whatever is possible do with and for cricket. I love lot of sports like tennis, football, hockey, table tennis, squash, formula one, etc  but still cricket has a special place and it is a actually a religion in our house, family, community or country at large. The emotions and feelings attached with cricket and one man Sachin Tendulkar is way beyond words for me. I am sure lot of my family members & friends who know me closely will not deny with the previous statement of mine.  With cricket words and emotions don’t need any excuse or reason to flow, it just happens automatically – such is the impact of this game. I have met so many people crazier than me for this game and I love meeting such people.

ASUS Zenfone 2 is a newly launched Smartphone and it has turned out to be quite a competitive phone in all aspects and giving a good fight to the so called big guns of mobile industry.  I will point important features of the phone which will help you to make it your next Smartphone.

  • 4GB RAM is the killer feature for me. It will make your use your phone like a tablet or a laptop.
  • Good combination of beauty & strength. The looks of the phone are very attractive and the build is quite strong. Overall gives a very premium feel.
  • Display is a big improvement from the earlier phones of ASUS. High resolution and wide angle viewing makes it a pleasure to use with no such strain on eyes. It proves the tagline – See what others can’t see.

I have always had this habit of exploring gadgets and learning to operate them by use and trial method. I rarely use the guide or instructions manual until unless its too technical and which is beyond my imagination. But I have come across lot of people who readily use the instruction manuals or guides in order to use softwares and gadgets. Therefore I thought of sharing a complete guide which helps in learning a lot about Android Phones, it is Kevin Purdy’s book – The Complete Android Guide. The entire book is available is different forms and can be bought and downloaded as per format needed. Also the entire content of the book is available in the form of an open wiki which anyone can read for free online.

As the name suggests,The Complete Android Guide is a detailed and illustrated book which discusses almost all the features of Android. It not only includes useful tips but also ways to fix common annoyances with Android based phones. There is a section on popular Android Apps which helps in finding the right apps quickly.
