The objective of the recruitment process is to obtain the number and the quality of employees that can be selected in order to help the organization to achieve its goals and objectives.

  • Management of responses
  • Short listing the candidates
  • Arranging interviews for the short listed candidates
  • Conducting interviews and decision making
  • Conveying decision and the appointment formalities.
